高职院校二级管理中系部管理及改革探析

摘    要:社会经济的发展带来高职院校管理体制的改革,逐渐开始实行二级管理。系(部)办公室作为直接服务于教学与科研的基层管理机构,其作用有:信息传递作用、参谋助手作用、后勤保障作用、沟通协调作用等。随着改革的深入,系(部)承担的职能正在不断地增加,系(部)办公室要加强制度、人员、办公环境的建设,更好地为教学、科研服务。

Abstract:The social economy development brings the management system reform in higher vocational colleges.The higher vocational colleges reformed traditional teaching management pattern to implement two-stage management.The department office is a basic management unit,which directly serves the teaching and research,its function includes: the information transmission function,the consultation and assistant function,the logistics support function,the communication coordination function and so on.With deepening of the reform,the department office's function is increasing constantly.The department office must strengthen the construction of the institution,the office staff,and the working environment,to serve the teaching and research better.
