| 摘 要： | 德国的职业教育被称为联邦德国经济发展的秘密武器。通过对德国职业教育和职业培训式学校的基本制度和特点、经费保障、法律保障以及德国职教师资培养过程的分析,探讨德国职业教育成功的经验,从而对我国职业教育发展起指导和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the duales system of the vocational education of Germany,this paper introduces the vocational training schools in Germany,its fund protection and legal protection and the rigorous institution of the teacher training.The vocational education of Germany is the "secret weapon",which stimulates German economy, so that it gives us a lot of enlightenments for our vocational education. |
