| 摘 要： | 二十世纪中叶以来,发达国家成人高等教育进入了持续快速发展阶段。主要表现出重视成人高等教育立法;财政来源的多渠道性,与政府积极扶持相结合;入学与毕业"宽进严出";大学实行开放办学;教育形式多样化;远距离教育技术手段不断创新。研究这些特点,对我国成人高等教育的进一步发展有着很大的启示。
