金属烤瓷材料的性能研究

摘    要:为了考察自制金属烤瓷材料的临床应用性,对自制金属烤瓷粉与国外进口粉体(Vita粉)的粒度、润湿角、热膨胀系数等性能进行了比较与分析。实验结果表明:自制金属烤瓷粉的粒度较小(平均粒度为5 ̄7滋m),而且可以通过控制球磨时间制备出所需粒度的金属烤瓷材料。微量添加剂(V2O5、MnO2)不仅可以改善金属烤瓷粉的粉体颜色,而且提高了瓷粉与金属基底间的润湿性。在同样的实验条件下,自制金属烤瓷粉与Vita粉具有相同的热性能;而且完全能够与金属基底相匹配,满足临床对金属烤瓷材料的热膨胀系数的要求。

Abstract:The particle size,wetting angle,thermal expansion coefficient are compared and analyzed between the self-made porcelain-fused-tometal powder and importable porcelain(Vita powder) in order to investigate the clinical feasibility of the self-made porcelain.The results show that the average particle size of self-made powder are 5~7?滋m,adjusting the ball milling time can control the particle size of the porcelain-fused-to-metal materials.Trace color additives can not only refine the color but also improve the wetting between the ceramics powder and the metal substrate.At the same condition the,self-made powder have similar thermal expansion coefficient with the Vita powder,leading to a good match with the metal substrate required by clinical application.
