云浮硫铁矿烧渣选矿试验

摘    要:对云浮硫铁矿烧渣磨矿-弱磁选-阴离子反浮选试验流程、设备、工艺条件和试验结果作了介绍。在磨矿细度-200目88.48%、原烧渣含铁品位45.87%的条件下,经磁-浮流程分选,获得综合铁精矿品位55.44%,回收率77.91%的指标。综合的尾矿品位含铁28.50%.

Abstract:The test flowsheet of grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-anion reverse flotation,equipmint,technological conditions and test results for Yunfu pyrite calcined cinder are introduced.Under the condition of grinding fineness-200 mcsh 88. 48% for calcined cinder containing 45.87% Fe,a total iron concentrate containing 55. 44% Fe is obtained with recovery of 77. g1 % Fe and total tailings 28. 50% Fe through magnetic scparation-flotation.
