| 摘 要： | 通过对天生桥水电站水情自动测报系统一期工程的回顾和总结，结合当今先进的计算机技术和通讯技术，对天生桥水电站水情自动测报系统二期工程进行了探索与研究，提出了中心站采用客户机／服务器模式计算机网络结构、遥测站采用国际移动卫星组织（Inmarsat）提供Inmarsat－C通讯业务的卫星组网方案。
