摘    要:提出了一种新的控制方法,即基于显式速率反馈应用Dahlin算法进行TCP拥塞控制,较好地克服了网络的传播时延给拥塞控制所带来的不利影响,使TCP的发送窗口能快速响应网络负荷状况的变化,从而避免了分组的丢失,并使得TCP的流量较为平稳,而且此算法对网络的时延估计误差具有很好的鲁棒性,能满足实际应用的需求。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new scheme for the TCP congestion control which is based on explicit rate feedback and adopts Dahlin control algorithm. The scheme can overcome the adverse effect caused by propagation delay on the control better. As a result, the TCP sending window can respond to the load changes of networks rapidly, the loss of packets is avoided and the TCP flow becomes smoother. Moreover, the control system has a good robust performance for the propagation delay error, which can meet the practical requirements better.
