基于人机工程学的工业设备人机界面安全分析

摘    要:根据人机工程学的基本理论和相关资料、统计数据,对影响人机界面安全的相关因素进行了分析研究,说明人机界面是工业设备系统的重要环节,人机界面的安全设置和安全性能对工业设备安全运行有重要影响,而人机界面的安全性主要由显示器和控制器决定.人机界面的设置应当充分考虑操作、使用人员的行为特性和心理特性.

Abstract:Based on the basic theories of ergonomics,relevant documents and statistics,related factors which affect the safety of human-machine interface are analysed.It is proved that the human-machine interface is an important part in industrial equipment system and the security setting and performance of it plays a significant influence on safe operation of industrial equipments.However,it is both monitor and controller that determine the safety of man-machine interface.Therefore,the setting of human-machine interface should take the personnel’s behavioral and psychological characteristics into consideration.
