电动汽车智能充电策略研究

摘    要:大量电动汽车无序充电会给电网的稳定运行带来一定的负面影响,需要智能充电策略尽可能减小电动汽车充电对于系统运行的不利影响,同时使得电动汽车用户的充电成本尽可能低。根据电动汽车负荷模型,提出了一种新的目标函数优化数学模型,用Matlab对电动汽车智能充电策略进行编程计算,制定智能充电策略。通过分层分区管理中的中央自主管理层对电动汽车充电行为进行管理,解决电网侧和电动汽车用户之间可能出现的问题。算例表明,智能充电能减少电动汽车无序充电给电网带来的影响。

Abstract:Uncoordinated charging of electric vehicles (EVs) produces a series of negative effects on the power grid. Therefore smart charging strategies are necessary to reduce the negative impacts on the grid and minimize the charging cost to the EV users. Based on the characteristics of EVs, a new mathematical model for optimizing the object function is proposed to compute the smart charging strategy with Matlab and make decisions. The charging behavior is managed by the central self-control layer in the hierarchical partition management to solve the possible problems between the power grid and the EV users. Case calculation shows that smart charging can reduce negative impacts on the grid.
