缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵改性松香的合成

摘    要:先用三甲胺(TMA)和环氧氯丙烷(EPIC)合成活性中间体环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC),再用其与松香反应得到缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵改性松香。合成GTMAC优化工艺条件为:n(TMA)∶n(EPIC)=0.4∶1,反应温度15℃,通TMA时间2.5h,总反应时间4.5h,GTMAC收率89.6%,其中活性物GTMAC质量分数为96.2%。合成缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵改性松香优化工艺条件为:在乙醇介质中,常压乙醇回流温度下,n(松香)∶n(GTMAC)=1∶1.1,反应1.5h,产品酯化率为97.5%。

Abstract:Rosin, trimethylamine (TMA) and epichlorohydrin (EPIC) were used as raw materials to synthesize modi- fied rosin by glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTMAC) as reactive intermediate. The optimum reaction condi- tions with GTMAC were: n(TMA):n(EPIC)=0.4:1, reaction temperature of 15℃, aeration time of 2.5h, total reaction time of 4.5h, yield of GTMAC 89.6% and the mass fraction of active matter GTMAC of 96.2%. The optimum reaction conditions for modified rosin by glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride were:in the ethanol mediumn and under normal pressure of refluxing temperature, n(rosin):n(GTMAC)=1:1.1 and reaction time of 1.5h with the product etherification rate of 97.5%.
