膨胀石墨的制备及性能

摘    要:以硝酸和双氧水为氧化剂,乙酸为插层剂,采用先氧化后插层的方法制备了无硫可膨胀石墨。考察了氧化剂的比、氧化剂和插层剂的比、氧化时间、氧化剂和插层剂的量等对膨胀石墨膨胀体积的影响。得出在石墨取5g,氧化时间为60min,反应温度为25℃条件下,硝酸、双氧水、乙酸的体积比为12∶1∶5时,得到最大膨胀体积为310mL/g。该膨胀石墨具有密封性、耐腐蚀、膨胀体积大的优点。

Abstract:In this paper,non-sulfur expanded graphite was prepared by the method of oxidation flowing the insertion,nitrate and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,acetic acid as the insertion in this process.The effects on the swelling volume,including the oxidation time,the proportion of reagents and the amount,were discussed.The results show that swelling volume of graphite can reach 310mL/g while taking 5g of graphite in the ratio of ingredients(nitric acid:hydrogen peroxide:acetic acid)12:1:5,in the reaction time of...
