新型中温变换催化剂制备的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了采用工业硝酸酸化废旧铁屑、制取硝酸亚铁溶液 ,并以该溶液为主要原料研制新型铁 -铬系中温变换催化剂。所制备的催化剂样品性能检测结果表明 :各项性能完全符合、甚至有些指标超过部颁标准。工业化批量生产的新型中变催化剂已装入太原化肥厂 2 #变换炉投入使用 ,运行情况良好

Abstract:A new process that industrial nitric acid reacts with iron chippings and shavings to produce ferrous nitrate solution is presented. Furthermore, to prepare new type Fe Cr system high temperature shift conversion catalyst is also provided using obtained solution. All samples obtained catalysts are examined. The results show that all kinds of properties are in accord to or surpass with criterion of the Chemical Engineering Department. Moreover, the running situations of prepared new type catalysis on industrial scale in the water shift conversion reactor are very perfect.
