数字环境下图书馆文献利用与收藏研究

图书馆的物质基础主要来源于文献资源,没有文献资源的支撑,图书馆也就成了无本之木,图书馆丰富的资源及优良的服务便无从谈起。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,图书馆服务和文献资源都面临着前所未有的考验,图书馆的文献信息量和陈旧的服务模式以及文献收藏的齐全性等遇到很大的挑战,因此,为解决图书馆资源缺乏和读者对文献资源需求之间的矛盾,图书馆管理人员应该争取更多的费用,收集购买更多的文献资料,增添文献的特色性,减少一些无人问津的书刊,建立适合读者需要的藏书体系,以向读者提供不失时效的文献信息,提高流通需要的藏书体系,以向读者提供不失时效的文献信息,提高流通率,降低拒借率,值得各级图书馆的关注与研究。

Use and collection of library bibliography under the digital circumstance

The resource origin of the library is based on the bibliography which makes up the foundation of the library. In the highly-developed information technology time, the hbrary is facing to a tough challenge. The traditional service mode, the information data and the completion encounter huge challenges as well. To solve the resource shortage of the library and meet readers＇ demands, the staff should work harder to get more funds, to buy more bibliographies, and to establish characteristics. Moreover, it is necessary to construct a bit more suitable system and boost the circulation effectiveness. Libraries should pay more attention to offering updating information and decreasing the refusing rate of book-borrowing.
