摘    要:基于LabVIEW软件平台与PCC(计算机可编程控制器)硬件平台,结合无线通信技术,设计了一种变压器用冷却器性能检测试验装置实时测控系统。系统充分利用了LabVIEW与PCC各自优点,实现了装置的远程实时数据采集与设备控制。采用三电一体集成技术,有效地提高了装置的自动化水平,并降低了电控单元的复杂程度,具有开发周期短、测控精准、运行可靠、智能程度高、更改便捷等显著优点。该系统已于2012年10月通过验收,实践应用效果良好。该方案可推广至其他稳态、准稳态热工水力试验当中。

Transformer Cooler Performance Detecting Control System Based on LabVIEW and PCC
Abstract:Combined with wireless communication technology,a real-time measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and PCC is designed for a transformer cooler performance detecting test device.The remote real-time data acquisition and device control are achieved in the system,when making full use of the respective advantage of LabVIEW and PCC.The EIC (electric equipment,instrumentation,and computer) integration technology effectively improves the automation level and reduces the complexity of electronic control unit.This system has some obvious advantages,such as short development cycle,accurate measurement and control,reliable operation,high intelligence level and convenient modification.The acceptance of the system had been finished in October,2012 and worked well.Furthermore,the proposed method can be widely used in the steady and quasi-steady state thermo-hydraulics test.
