基于LabVIEW的冰箱能耗测试系统

摘    要:针对因冰箱能耗测试时间长、测试参数多而导致操作不便、系统容易出现资源瓶颈、溯源性差的缺陷,设计一套冰箱能耗自动测试系统。硬件结构有环境试验室、空调系统和综合测试系统,空调系统采用风冷冷水空调机组,避免水冷冷水机组水循环系统繁琐的日常维护工作。系统软件编程语言为LabVIEW,不仅在服务器端实现数据采集与分析,而且可以通过浏览器远程监控。测试时间选用稳定后的整数个运行周期,减小测试误差。最后对系统测试结果进行不确定度评定。系统已经应用到实际测试中,界面友好,测试精度高,系统移植性好。

Test System of Refrigerator Energy Consumption Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:Aiming at the defects of inconvenience operation,prone to resource bottleneck,poor traceability which are caused by long test time and many testing parameters of refrigerator energy consumption test,the automatic test system is designed.The system hardware consists of constant greenhouse,air conditioning system and integrated test system,air conditioning system adopts air cooled cold water air conditioning unit to avoid cumbersome routine maintenance of water cooled chiller water cycle system.The programming language of system software is LabVIEW,not only data acquisition and analysis are implemented on the server side,but also remote monitoring via a browser is carried out.To reduce the test error,the test time chooses an integer of the operation cycle after stability.Finally,the uncertainty of the system testing results is evaluated.The system is applied to the actual test,and has friendly interface,high test precision,good portability.
