| 摘 要： | 烟梗是卷烟工业的废料,将烟梗进行粉碎、堆肥配料、好氧发酵制成腐熟料,再经造粒、烘干等加工制成肥料。阐述了该生产过程的工艺特点、工艺流程、产品特点、生产设施,以及烟梗利用化过程中对烟碱成分的趋避处理,并提出了环境保护措施。可为烟梗的肥料化利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | The rotten fertilizer is burdening, aerobic fermentation, produced with tobacco stem granulation, drying. The （waste of tobacco industry） by crushing, characteristics, process route, product characteristics, production equipment of fertilizer production, as well as the treatment of nicotine in tobacco stem are introduced. Some environmental protection measures are proposed. It can provide the reference for fertilizer utilization of tobacco stem. |
