| 摘 要： | 山东明瑞化工集团有限公司针对磷酸生产中磷酸渣处置、废水处理及磷酸浓缩能力不足问题进行了技术改造,通过将磷酸渣及废水用于磷铵生产消化以及对磷酸浓缩文氏管的改造,磷酸产量提高,原材料及能源消耗下降,废渣、废水得到有效利用,吨产品生产成本下降200余元。

| Abstract: | Technical transformation of phosphoric acid production in Shandong Mingrui Chemical Group Co., Ltd. are carried out according to the problems including treatment of phosphoric slag and wastewater as well as low capability of concentration. By using the slag and waste water in ammonium phosphate production and transforming the venturi, the yield of phosphoric acid is increased, the consumptions of raw materials and energy are decreased, the slag and waste water are used, the cost of product is reduced by 200 RMB Yuan per ton. |
