硫黄制酸装置SO_2浓度的获取方法及其控制对蒸汽产率的影响

摘    要:SO2浓度对硫酸装置的稳定运行起着重要作用。总结几种获取SO2浓度的方法,可通过实时工艺参数及在线分析仪表较准确地判断出实时SO2浓度,为操作控制提供准确依据。计算举例分析了SO2浓度控制对蒸汽产率的影响,并对汽轮机耗能进行了分析。

Abstract:SO2 concentration plays an important role for the stable operation of sulfuric acid unit. of method to determine the concentration of SO2 are summarized, the SO2 concentration in real accurately judged by process parameters in real-time and online analysis instrument to provide for the operation control. The influence of SO2 concentration control on steam yield is analyzed example, and the energy consumption of steam turbine is analyzed.
