天然多糖在酶固定化载体材料中的应用

摘    要:天然聚多糖来源广泛,具有良好的生物相容性和易于改性的特点,使其在酶固定化技术中研究较早。简述常用的几种酶固定化方法及近年来国内外酶固定化栽体研究的新进展,介绍了纤维素及其衍生物、壳聚糖及其衍生物、甲壳素等在酶固定化领域中的应用。给出了上述材料固定化酶的过程,并展望了酶固定化用材料的发展前景。

Abstract:Natural polysaccharide has wide resources, the properities of good biocompatibility and easy--revisable, it was studied early on the technology of enzyme immobilized. Several methods common used for immobilizing enzyme and new progress in domestic and on abroad research on various materials used for enzyme immobilization are briefly summarized in this paper. It is introduced the application of cellulose and its derivatives, chitosan and its derivatives, chitin and other materials in the field of enzyme immobilization. The process of enzymes immobilized on the above -mentioned materials are pointed out. The future development directions and the prospects have been also given.
