| 摘 要： | 聚酰胺树脂以其固化的环氧树脂具有柔韧性而被广泛应用。二聚脂肪酸是生产聚酰胺树脂的重要原料。用烧碱皂化桐油生产二聚酸的工艺因污染环境、浪费资源应尽早放弃。由桐油醇解获得的浅色桐酸甲酯制成的二聚体和多元酸是生产不同胺值聚酰胺的优良原料。

| Abstract: | Polyamides were widely used due to the flexibility of cross-linked polymers of epoxy resin cured with them. Dmer acid was important raw material for polyamides but its manufacture technique by sponification of tungoil with alkali should be give up as early as possible because of the environmental pollution and resources waste. In this paper, the technique of producing dimer or polycarboxylic acid and polyamide from tung oil by methylolysis, DelsAlder reaction and condensation with polyamine was presented |
