摘    要:煤矸石作为煤矿开采废弃物,既占用土地资源,又污染生态环境,对煤矸石的综合治理成为矿山企业急需解决的问题。明水一号煤矿积极探索煤矸石充填技术,将采煤过程中产生的矸石在井下直接充填至采空区,一方面减少了煤矿产矸量,提升企业经济效益;另一方面,采空区内通过充填矸石,减少岩层变形空间,在一定程度上防止了顶板垮落或变形,从而控制了煤炭开采后地表原岩的位移和沉降,消除对地质地貌的影响,保护了矿山地质环境,全面实现"节能减排、绿色开采"。

Abstract:Coal gangue,as one of coal mining wastes,not only occupied land resources,but also polluted ecological environment.The integrated management of coal gangue become a problem needed to resolve urgently.No.1 mine of Mingshui actively explore gangue filling technology,coal gangue which produced in the process of mining was directly filling to goaf.On the one hand,it reduces the production of coal gangue,and promote enterprise’s economic benefit;On the other hand,coal gangue filled goaf and it reduce the deformation of rocks space,to a certain extent,prevent the collapse of roof fall or deformation.So that coal gangue filling could control the rock surface after the coal mining of displacement and settlement,and eliminate the influence of the geological features.The technology can protect the mine geological environment,and develop "energy conservation and emission reduction,green mining".
