亚临界机组RB保护功能及试验分析

摘    要:RB试验是一种高风险的试验,简要介绍华电潍坊发电有限公司2×330 MW机组主要辅机配置状况及RB保护功能设计原则、实现方式和热态试验,对降低RB试验的风险和杜绝由此引发的机组MFT进行探讨。对RB工况下的主汽压力控制、燃烧控制、汽温控制等控制策略等问题展开讨论,分析RB热态试验数据,提出了具体的逻辑优化措施。

Abstract:RB test is a high risk test,this paper briefly introduce the configuration of main auxiliary equipment as well as the design principles,implementation,and hot test of RB protection function of the 2 × 330MW units in Weifang Huadian Power Generation Co.,Ltd..This paper also discusses the situation to reduce RB test risks and to prevent the MFT function from triggering.Simultaneously,the main steam pressure control,combustion control,steam temperature control,control strategy and other issues are discussed,the RB thermal test data is analyzed and the specific measures for logic optimization is put forward in this paper.
