氟硅酸钠生产装置技术改造

摘    要:云南云天化国际化工股份有限公司三环分公司3.5万t/a氟硅酸钠生产装置于2006年12月建成并投入运行。2010年1月,将原料由卤水改为芒硝,将气流干燥热源由原煤通过沸腾炉燃烧改为电炉供给。装置投入运行后暴露出如下问题:1)产品产量低,仅为设计能力的50%左右;2)由于结晶过程结晶颗粒过细导致离心分离十分困难;3)产品收率低;4)产品极易结块;5)产品颜色发黄、发绿。三环分公司针对以上问题,通过一系列工艺技术与设备改造,改善了产品质量,提高了产量与收率,确保了装置连续稳定运行。

Abstract:A 35 000 t/a sodium fluosilicate plant in Three-Ring Branch,Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co.,Ltd. was completed and put into operation in December 2006.In January 2010,the raw material was changed into Glauber′s salt from brine,and the heat source supply of air flow drying was changed into electric furnace from raw coal combustion in FBC. Since the operation,following problems have appeared:1)low output,only about 50% of the design output;2)over-fine particles in the crystallization process led to difficult centrifugal separation;3)low product yield;4)easy caking;5)product in yellow and green.So far,series transformations on technology and equipment have been carried out by Three-Ring Branch according to the above problems,and the product quality,output,and yield were improved,and the continuous and stable operation was ensured.
