新材料钢球及钢球级配技术在电站锅炉上的应用

摘    要:对低速筒式磨煤机中钢球比例进行合理搭配,使钢球在磨煤机中能发挥最大作用,同时采用新型铬锰钨抗磨铸铁钢球,该材质钢球具有球耗低、失圆率低、硬度高、不易破碎等特点,在保证磨煤机出力和煤粉细度的情况下,达到最小的装球量,降低了钢球磨煤机的钢耗和电耗。

Abstract:The steel ball proportion carries on reasonable matching to the low speed barrel type pulverizer,enables the steel ball to play the most major role in the pulverizer,and simultaneously uses the new chromium manganese tungsten antifriction cast iron steel ball.This material quality steel ball has the ball to consume lowly,loses the circle rate lowly,degree of hardness high,not easy stave and so on characteristics.In the guarantee pulverizer output and in the powdered coal degree of fineness's situation,achieves the smallest attire ball quantity,reduced ball mill's steel to consume with the electricity consumes.
