输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统研究

摘    要:随着中国电力的飞速发展,如何有效的监测电力设备状态,制定检修计划,实现高质量稳定供电,已成为供电部门关注的重点。介绍了状态检修概念,分析山东省及淄博供电公司输变电设备状态检修工作概况,根据淄博市电网实际情况自主开发了输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统,指出推行状态检修工作的必要性,并分析了输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统研究现状、存在问题及对未来的展望。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China electric power,how to effectively monitor the state of electric power equipments,find out the maintenance plan,complete the achievement of the high quality and steady power supply have become the focus that the power department should pay much attention to.This paper introduced the definition of condition-based maintenance.The development of condition-based maintenance in Shandong province and Zibo power supply company is briefly introduced.According to the practical of Zibo power grid,the research of condition-based maintenance and assistant analysis system for transmission transformation equipments is also introduced.The necessity of condition-based maintenance's execution is pointed.The present situation,problem and the future expectation of this research about condition-based maintenance and assistant analysis system for transmission transformation equipments is analyzed.
