| 摘 要： | 在当前全球性经济波动对就业产生直接冲击的情况下,高职毕业生也面临严峻的就业压力。高职院校应通过重塑就业信心、推动校企人才对接、增强差异性优势、注重信息化建设、转变求职思路、关注求职心理等途径,做好金融危机形势下的毕业生就业工作,帮助毕业生走好求职之路。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational graduates are facing serious employment difficulties under the direct impact of global economic fluctuations on employment.Rebuilding confidence in employment,promoting high college-corporation talent docking,enhancing diversity advantages,paying attention information-oriented construction,changing job ideas,giving attention to the employment psychology,are the ways for higher vocational colleges to guide graduates to take the road on job-seek under current financial crisis. |
