河南省土地开发整理耕地质量综合指数测算

摘    要:在河南省土地开发整理耕地质量评价指标体系构建的基础上,首先测算出各评价分区相对于某一指定作物的土地开发整理耕地质量综合作用分;然后进行评价因素可比性修正和光温生产潜力修正,得到具有可比性的土地开发整理耕地质量综合作用分;最后引入产量比系数,将评价分区内指定作物综合作用分折算成基准作物的综合作用分,即土地开发整理耕地质量综合指数.研究表明:运用该方法进行土地开发整理耕地质量综合指数的测算,可以有效消除因分区选取评价指标、赋予权重以及基于不同指定作物进行综合指数测算而产生的差异性;测算出的土地开发整理耕地质量综合指数具有显著的全省统一性和可比性,能够科学地反映出土地开发整理耕地质量高低及其区域分布规律,可以作为土地开发整理耕地质量标准构建的基础依据.

Abstract:The paper firstly calculates comprehension marks of designating crop in every evaluating subarea based on constructing quality evaluation indicators system of renovating-reclamating-exploitating cultivated land in Henan province.Then comparative comprehension marks was gained by correction of evaluating factors and light-temprrature productivity potentix.At last,the quality comprehension index of renovating-reclamating-exploitating cultivated land was calculated by yield coefficient.The results are as follows:Comprehension index which was calculated in this method could effectively eliminate the difference resulting in selecting evaluation indicator,determinating proportion in different subarea and different designating crop.Quanlity index which is comparative and oneness may better reflect quality of renovating-reclamating-exploitating cultivated land,which may be taken as the basis of constructing quality criterion of renovating-reclamating-exploitating cultivated land.
