摘 要: | 某工程喇叭花状单层网壳钢结构采用全焊接形式,下小上大,悬挑长度超过40m,施工难度较大。针对该工程的特点和难点,在施工和监理过程中,充分应用PDCA循环质量管理原理,对工程质量进行了有效的控制,取得了明显成效,并总结出对类似新型结构的质量管理经验。

Abstract: | All-welded form is adopted in a trumpet flower shaped monolayer net shell structure, which is smaller at the bottom, with a overhang longer than 40m. So the construction is very difficult. Pointing against the features and difficulties in this project, in the process of construction and supervision, PDCA cycle quality management principle is full applied to control the construction quality effectively, and obvious effect shows out. Quality management experience of similar new type structure is also generalized. |
