| 摘 要： | 国家电网公司通过长期的总结和培育,在企业的发展和前进过程中构建了具有本企业特色、具有划时代意义的企业文化.而要把这种企业文化在各层级、各单位生根落地,以便使企业素质得到有效提升,必须做好营造和谐、主导创新、强化制度、增强执行、精练团队、打造品牌等六个方面的工作.

| Abstract: | After a long-term summarization and cultivation, SGCC has built an epoch-making enterprise euhure with its own features during its development. This essay discusses about how to develop the culture in each level and unit to effectively promote the quality of the enterprise in the aspects of harmony construction, innovation dominancy, system reinforcement, execution enhancement, team refinement and brand building. |
