摘    要:注聚合物对油田进行开发是一种常用的提高油田最终采收率的三次采油技术。随着聚合物注入量的增加 ,聚合物固体颗粒逐渐沉积在孔隙中 ,这些附着物将会干扰聚合物的继续注入。为此 ,研制了HAL -1型聚合物解堵剂 ,并进行了现场试验 ,共用解堵剂 1 2t,累计施工 4井次 ,成功 4井次 ,施工工艺成功率 1 0 0 %。平均单井增加注水 2 40 0m3 ,平均单井增注聚合物1 3 0 0m3 ,对应油井增油 42 0t,取得了较好的经济效益。同时挤注解堵剂解堵后 ,平均降低注聚压力0 .8MPa。

Abstract:Injecting polymer is a common EOR technology for oil field to improve oil field final oil recovery. With the increase of polymer amount injected, more polymer solid particles deposit in the holes. These adherent particles prevent polymer from continuing to pour in. So polymer blockage relieving agent HAL-1 was developed and applied in field test with 12 t in 4 wells and with success rate of 100%. Average single well injection increased by 2 400 m 3 and single well injection of polymer mother liquor increased by 1 300 m 3 on average. Corresponding oil wells can increase 420 tons of oil resulting in better economic benefits and lower injecting pressure of 0.8 MPa.
