| 摘 要： | 根据圆形喷丝板的特点,设计了喷丝板自动检测系统。介绍了基于图像的检测原理,并分别从硬件和软件上设计了自动检测系统。该系统通过显微镜对喷丝孔进行放大成像并采集保存。利用数字图像处理技术对每个喷丝孔的像进行分析处理,并判断其是否堵塞。实际使用结果表明该自动检测系统效率高、速度快。

| Abstract: | An automatic inspection system was presented according to the characteristics of the circular spinneret.The inspection theorem was stated,and then hardware and software of the automatic inspection system were designed separately.In this system,the image of the holes on the spinneret were zoomed in and stored for post-processing.The images of each hole were processed with digital image processing technique and used to judge the degree of blinding.The results of field operation showed that it was a high-efficient and rapid inspection system. |
