基于ANSYS的齿轮传动系统不平衡响应分析

摘    要:齿轮传动系统的振动是影响离心压缩机工作的重要动力性能之一,也是导致其发生故障的主要原因;为了研究其振动和稳定性,针对单级离心压缩机齿轮传动系统,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别就耦合和非耦合两种状态下的模态和不平衡响应进行分析,得出了耦合对系统的振动响应的影响。结果表明,在考虑系统的不平衡响应时应以整个系统为研究对象,而不能只考虑单个齿轮系统的不平衡响应。

Abstract:Impact vibration of Gear transmission system is one of the important dynamic performance of a centrifugal compressor,it is also one of the main causes of its failure;In order to study its vibration and stability,finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to gear transmission system of a single-stage centrifugal compressor respectively coupled and uncoupled under two kinds of State of the modes and the unbalance response analysis,concluded that the impact of coupling on vibration response of the system.Results showed that,taking into account the imbalance response of the system should be targeted at the whole system,not only consider the unbalance response of a single gear system.
