摘    要:以N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在不加引发剂和无氮气保护的条件下,利用微波辐射技术合成淀粉/丙烯酰胺(AM)/2-丙烯酰胺基2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚高吸水性树脂,研究了树脂的吸水动力学及保水性能;并对其结构、热稳定性及表面形态进行了表征分析,对其反应机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明,无引发剂下微波辐射聚合可以简化合成工艺,同时提高树脂的吸水速率.

Abstract:Using N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylmide(NMBA) as crosslinker,a superabsorbent resin of starch,acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) was synthesized by microwave irradiation without initiator and nitrogen atmosphere.The water kinetic process of absorbing water and water-keeping function of resin were investigated.The molecular structure,thermal stability and surface morphology of resin were characterized by FT-IR,DSC-TGA and microscopic observation,respectively.The initiation mechanis...
