窑炉"拟人化"健康长寿初探

窑炉是工业生产中的一种关键设备，影响窑炉使用寿命的主要因素是耐火材料、砌筑质量、生产务件以及窑炉的正确使用和关键部位的维护、保养等。它们是延长窑炉使用寿命、延长全线设备使用周期、提高经济效益的根本。延长窑炉使用寿命就好比人的健康长寿一样，我们必须注意对它进行各方面的维护与保养，对窑炉在使用过程中出现的问题及时地加以解决。本文就此问题，通过“拟人化”的方式对延长窑炉使用寿命进行了初步探讨。

PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION ON PERSONIFIED MAINTENANCE OF THE KILN FOR LONGER SERVICE

Kiln is important equipment for the ceramic industrial production, and its life is dependent on its refractory materials, construction quality, producing conditions, normal operation and maintenance, all essential for the prolonged service of the kiln and the whole production line and the increased economic returns. As all round maintenance is to the extended life of a kiln what good care is to man's health, problems in the operation of the kiln must be promptly diagnosed and resolved. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the personified maintenance of the kiln for longer service.
