基于可靠性平均安全系数的设计方法研究

摘    要:以应力-强度干涉模型为基础,分析了当应力和强度服从不同分布时,机械零件的可靠度与平均安全系数的关系,提出了一种基于平均安全系数的可靠性设计方法,设计实例验证了该方法的可行性,为提高零件设计水平,减小零件尺寸和节省制造成本提供了理论基础.

Abstract:Based on stress-strength interference model,the relationship of average safety factor and reliability are derived when the distribution of stress and strength are subordinated to normal distribution or others,and the reliability design method based on average safety factor were introduced.It is shown that the reliability design method is feasible and useful to improve the design standard for mechanical parts and reduce the cost of them.
