摘    要:介绍在硝酸铵与氯化钾复分解循环法生产硝酸钾工艺中 ,利用蒸汽通入溶钾槽中与循环母液直接混和式换热 ,以实现加热溶液和溶解氯化钾目的 ,这种新的溶钾工艺具有设备投资省、能耗低、操作简单、生产能力高等特点。

Abstract:In this paper, a new process is introduced. It utilizes vapor past through potassium chloride tank than it directly exchangs heat with recirculating mother water with the view of heating the solution and resolving potassium chloride in potassium nitrate production process of recirculating metathetical reaction of ammonium nitrate with potassium chloride.This new process of resolving potassium chloride has many advantages, such as low facility investment, low energy consumption, convenient operation, high production capacity and so on.
