| 摘 要： | 工业废弃地的开发治理是一个十分复杂的过程。剖析欧美国家工业废弃地开发治理的经验与教训,提出完善政府管理职能,建立健全相关法规体系,加强公平合理的法律经济责任认定、多元的资金筹措机制、科学的风险等级评估、适当的清理标准、相关科学研究与宣传教育等建议,以期对我国工业废弃地开发整治提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The redevelopment of industrial wasteland is a very complicated process.Based on analyzing the experience of industrial wasteland in the western countries,several recommendations are proposed to help solving the problems relating to industrial wasteland in China.The recommendations are as follows: perfecting government management,building up sound and related laws system,affirming the reasonable responsibility of law and economic,collecting the diverse funds,the scienfitic risk grade valuation,appropriate standards of cleaning up,strengthening related science study and education etc. |
