High cell density fermentation is a very effective approach to improve fermentation production yield . To recombinant producing phytase Pichia pastoris,Using high cell density fermentation method of Gs115/phyAⅡ, controlling dissolving oxygen and reductant sugar consistency, and feding glucose gradually increasing, a high density of 80?g/L was obtained. After the induction of Methyl alcohol, the enzyme vigour achieved 4.1×10 4?U/mL.
