氯酸盐分解槽的结构改造

摘    要:分析离子膜法电解中产生氯酸盐的原因,是精制盐水品质不合格,尤其是钙镁离子过量。随着氯酸盐含量的增加,氯化钠的饱和度降低,会导致电流效率下降。根据氯酸盐分解槽的工作原理,分析氯酸盐分解槽投运以来的数据,说明原有分解槽未发生作用。通过将分解槽由立式结构改为卧式结构,在分解槽内增加折流槽,在分解槽上部设置出气口,加大分解槽内挡板面积,提高槽内温度,有效分解氯酸盐,保证了下游烧碱降膜蒸发装置的安全平稳运行。

Abstract:The reason of chlorate production in ion-exchange membrane electrolysis is that the quality of refined brine is unqualified,especially the excess of calcium and magnesium ions.With the increase in chlorate content,the saturation of sodium chloride decreases,which leads to the decrease in current efficiency.According to the working principle of the chlorate decomposition tank,the chlorate decomposition data since the chlorate decomposition tank was put into operation are analyzed,which shows that the original tank does not work.The vertical decomposition tank is changed to a horizontal one.A baffle is added in the decomposition tank.An air outlet is set on the upper part of the decomposition tank.The baffle area in the decomposition tank is increased.The temperature in the tank is raised.Thus,chlorate is decomposed effectively,and the safe and stable operation of downstream falling-film evaporation device of caustic soda is ensured.
