基于小波分析的电机故障诊断研究

摘    要:交流异步电机是广泛使用的能量转换装置,对其常见故障进行分析及诊断,提高电机故障的在线诊断水平,具有明显实用价值。文章利用小波包分析算法提取出电机故障特征向量,并针对轴承故障特征,提出峭度值指标计算和小波包分析相结合的算法,分析获得轴承故障特征频率,由此确定故障的类型。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Induction motor is widely used in energy conversion, its common fault analysis and diagnosis and improving motor online fault diagnosis has obvious practical value. In this paper, wavelet packet analysis algorithm would extract the characteristics of the electrical fault vector, and for bearing fault characteristics, the algorithm of combination of Kurtosis values and wavelet packet analysis has been put out to determine the type of fault. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the method.
