摘    要:根据毕奥-萨伐尔定律和安培力公式,对作用在导电回路上的电动力进行积分运算,并利用导电触桥模型描述动、静触头之间的接触情形。在此基础上,计算了主回路系统中作用在旋转点上的合力矩以及动、静触头之间的短时温升,最后以动触头不被斥开、触头最高温度不高于材料熔点作为电动稳定性和热稳定性的判定标准,给出了校核万能式断路器短时耐受能力的理论计算方法。

Abstract:Based on Biot- Savart law and Ampere force formula,electric power acting on conductive loop circuit was calculated using integral operation; and the contact situation between movable contact and fixed contact was described using conductive contact bridge model. Based on it,the total torque acting on the pivot point in main loop circuit system and short-time temperature rise between movable contact and fixed contact were calculated.According to criteria of electric stability and thermal stability that the movable contact bounce will not occur and the maximum temperature of contacts must not exceed the melting point of the material,the theoretical calculation method of short-time withstand capability checking for air circuit breaker was given.
