摘    要:对自由燃弧状态下低压开关分断过程中电弧温度场及触头熔池的变化进行了分析。以电磁流体动力学为基础,采用滑移网格技术,建立了简化的直动式触头系统打开过程中的电弧及熔池的统一数学模型。计算了不同参数条件下触头间电弧温度场及触头熔池的变化情况,得到了触头分断速度和分断电流对电弧温度场及触头熔池变化趋势的影响。与现有文献及经验结论进行了对比,证明该模型可以较为准确地反映触头烧蚀趋势,对新型触头的分析和设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the influence of different parameter on electrode erosion during opening process of low voltage switching device.Based on the magnetohydrodynamic and sliding mesh method,the arc model.considering electrode welding pool was built and calculated.The simulation results indicate that the different parameter such as breaking velocity and current value have a certain extent influence on the distributions of arc temperatures,gas flow,arc voltage and electrode erosion.The experimentals were carried out to support the simulation result,which shows good agreement on the trend representation,so this method has a certain direction on the new switching design process.
