燃油明火加热炉的技术改造

摘    要:介绍燃油明火加热炉的技术改造 ,着重介绍明火加热炉热工控制的原理以及采取的措施。改造后炉子的供油系统、油压、风压等工况参数控制平稳 ;温度控制精度达± 2℃ ,沿炉长方向温度曲线分布合理 ,炉膛截面内温度场均匀 ,气氛控制合理 ,氧化烧损率小于 70g/m2 ;热处理钢丝的力学性能均匀 ,拉拔性能良好。

Abstract:To introduce the technology reform of oil burning open fire furnace.The heat treatment control principle of the open fire furnace and its adopting measures are introduced emphatically.The process parameters such as oil delivery system,oil pressure and wind pressure are controlled stably after the furnace reformed.The control accuracy of temperature is up to ±2 ℃,the distribution of temperature curve along the furnace is rational,the temperature field at the section of the chamber of furnace is uniform,and the atmosphere control is rational.The oxidation burning rate of steel wire is less than 70 g/m 2 by using the furnace,and the mechanical property of the heat treated steel wire is even and drawing property is also good.
