摘    要:介绍了一种新型扭矩传感器,以及利用单片机系统组成与其配套的扭矩测量仪,这种套式磁弹性扭矩传感器是基于磁弹性效应原理而研制的。工作时,传感器的敏感元件置于传动轴外侧,不影响原传动轴的安装结构,可实现的任意转速下的非接触扭矩测量,并在恶劣的工作条件下仍能获得较高的精度。

Abstract:The detection of torque in power equipment has important and practical significance in modern production. This paper introduces a new type torque transducer, and a corresponding single chip microprocessor based instrument, which completes a torque measurement set. The transducer designed on a muff type is developed on the basis of magnetoelastic effect. When in use, the sensing head of the transducer is fixed on the outside of a rotating shaft, which will not interfere with the installation of the shaft and makes a non contact measurement of its torque possible at any rotational speed. The measurement set developed in the work also works very well with fairly good precision under severe working conditions.
