摘    要:双水相萃取技术是一种高效温和的新分离技术,在生物制药、分析检测、稀有金属分析等方面均有应用,特别是在生化分离工业中,比传统的萃取方法有着更加明显的技术和条件优势.本文综述了双水相技术的基本原理、应用方向、集成技术、热力学模型等,对双水相技术目前所存在的问题以及发展前景做了简要的论述.

Abstract:Aqueous two-phase extraction was a sort of highly active and new isolation technique. It was wildly used in biochemistry, pharmacy, analysis and survey of the sample and in analysis of singular metal. Especially in the biochemic separate industry, the aqueous two-phase extraction was obviously superior to the conventional extraction and separated methods. The basic principle features and application of the aqueous two-phase extraction was introduced. The related technology integrated with the ATPE and the thermodynamic model of ATPE was also mentioned. Its directions in the future and some unresolved problems were pointed out.
