摘    要:分别采用气候箱法、40L干燥器法、9~11L干燥器法及穿孔萃取法测量细木工板中的游离甲醛释放量,通过分析测试原理及对测试结果稳定性的比较考察各测试方法的优劣。结果表明:气候箱法是一种较为准确的测试方法,9~11L干燥器法和穿孔萃取法实用性较好,40L干燥器法测量结果波动大,可信度不高。

Abstract:Four types of determirtation methods including chamber method, 40 L desiccator, 9-t I L desiccator and perforator methyl, were. applied to detenmine, free formaldehyde emissions from sample Blockboards. Through analyzing the mechanism of each determination method and comparing the determination results,advantages and disadvantages of the four determination methods were indicated.The results showed;the chamber method was a relatively reliable and accurate method;the 9-11 L desiccator and the perforator methods had relatively better practicabilities;while the 40 L desiccator method had a large variation in its determination results.hence was less reliable.
