摘    要:研究了Ti13Nb13Zr合金在冷加工后的组织及力学性能,通过不同冷加工率对组织及力学性能产生的影响,分析了冷加工过程中的变形特点.结果表明,随着冷变形量的增大,合金显微组织逐渐发生变化,材料强度增加很快;在变形初始阶段,位错滑移运动剧烈,使得合金的一部分相对于另一部分发生了剪切变形,出现了孪生变形,当合金的冷变形量继续增大,位借滑移为主要变形方式,没有观察到挛晶.

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti 13Nb 13Zr alloy under cold deformation were studied. The deformation characteristics of cold deformation process were analyzed by the effect of different cold deformation rates on microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that, with the increase of cold deformation quantity, the microstructure of the alloy changes gradually, but the strength of the material increases quickly; in the origin stage of deformation, dislocation slip movement is severe, making the occurance of the shear deformation for the part of the alloy in relation to another part, and the occourance of twin deformation. When increasing the amount of cold deformation, dislocation slip is as the main deformation mode, and there are no twins.
