摘    要:以四氯化碳为萃取剂,萃取水中油类物质,将萃取物用硅酸镁吸附,脱除动植物油等极性物质后,用红外分光光度法测定石油类,萃取剂体积以20mL为宜,选择的最佳分析波长为(3.28±0.01)μm。该方法分析成本低,精密度和准确度高,RSD(n=10)≤2.4%,相对误差≤3.0%。

Abstract:Carbon tetrachloride is taken as extraction agent for extracting the oils in water. The extract is adsorbed with silicic acid magnesium. After the polar substances like animal and vegetable oils are eliminated, the determination of the petroleum oils are made by infrared spectrophotometry. 20 mL volume of the extraction agent is suitable. The best analysis wavelength selected is (3.28±0.01) μ m. This method has low analysis cost and high precision and accuracy. The RSD (n=10) is equal or greater than 2.4% and the relative error is equal or lesser than 3.0%.
