| 摘 要： | 提出了 ２型胺（氨基直接与手性中心 Ｃ连接，且手性中心Ｃ上只含有一个 Ｈ）在ＣＡＬ批肪酶催化作用下，酰胺化的异构选择规则。即按手性中心Ｃ上取代基的大小来识别和决定反应的立体构型，与仲醇一致，Ｒ－型对映异构体优先反应。

| Abstract: | An empirical rule for amidation of Type 2 amines (in which the amino group attaches directly to the chiral carbon and only one H atom is at it) catalysis by lipase from candida antrarctica(CAL) is proposed. It decides which enantiomer reacts faster based on the relative sizes of the substituents at the stereocenter, and indicates that the empirical rule is the same one as the secondary alcohols, and that the Renantiomer reacts faster. |
