摘    要:采用TiO2纳米溶胶与增稠剂混配制成防紫外线涂层剂,并对棉织物进行涂层,通过对织物性能分析测试,比较了不同增稠剂制备的涂层剂外观颜色、粘度以及涂层效果,发现A邦浆的效果较好;TiO2纳米涂层胶的浓度视织物厚薄而定,一般为0.04~0.15mol/L,涂层织物的耐洗涤性、手感、白度和强力均较好。

Abstract:Cotton fabric was coated with the combination of nano TiO_2 gel and thickeners. Various coating agents with different thickeners are compared from the aspects of appearance, viscosity, as well as coating results. It is found that the concentration of coating agent has a large dependence on the fabric weight. Cotton fabric coated with 0.04~0.15 mol/L nano TiO_2 gel features durable fastness to laundry, good whiteness and strength, as well as soft handle.
